Interdependence allows individuals to unite in a community to create a new common sense of prosperity. When we reach the level of interdependence, we are at the top of our profession. Our identity is greater than that of our organization. We can take our offer or the offer of our team and go anywhere to negotiate its value.

The Leadership course is designed for those who have begun to master the precepts laid forth in the Identity by Design course. As you learn the fundamentals of market force and clarify your offer, your new identity emerges. This automatically begins to attract others with ambition. What will next be required of you is the capacity for leadership and team development.

Interdependent communities require a new form of leadership. Leadership is the ability to create a clearing for other people to accomplish. The purpose of becoming a leader is to accelerate accomplishment and prosperity, this is achieved by increasing efficiency and decreasing stress, effort and wasted time. The intention of an interdependent community is to support all members. This allows people to escape a subordinated identity and be accountable for who they really are in the world.
