In response to your request for a summary of results produced to date by your involvement with the Pima County Attorney's Office, I offer the following:

1. General improvement in the type of communication leading to the production of specific measurable results between managers and between managers and their subordinates.
2. Improvement in performance among Child Support staff, Criminal Division lawyers, and Legal Assistants, in particular. I attribute that improvement to the designation in advance of specific measurable results to be achieved by those classes of employees during a specific period of time. I do not believe those designations would have occurred without your coaching directed toward my management staff.
3. Continuous improvement in client relations in the Child Support unit. This ongoing project has occurred during a statewide reorganization of the Child Support system. In many instances glitches in that system have been potentially detrimental to client/agency relationships. Your coaching has minimized the drama surrounding these issues and has resulted in an increased ability by the staff to focus on services to the benefit of our clients.
