My first experience with John Cundiff and Market Advantage Technologies was as a mid-level manager at the University of Arizona . Our organization was in the midst of being outsourced due to great customer dissatisfaction. ( Market Advantage Technologies ) was instrumental in bringing new leadership into the process that helped turned things around...[and] helped build a team whose members now have become leaders elsewhere.

I have, subsequently, invited (Mr. Cundiff) to provide leadership training to a composite group of Directors of eight separate areas within the Office of Information Technology. His presentation style and content was extremely well received by all of the individuals involved. His ability to relate with all levels of management experience is a driving force in his success. He understands the principles necessary to succeed in all facets of business and is very capable of conveying the information with great enthusiasm!

I have known John over 10 years and he is always in touch and really cares at a personal level as well as at the organizational level. I have found John to be highly motivated and willing to work toward the success of the goals of the organization.
